In short

Driving Routes uses magic-link sign-in by default — we email you a one-tap link instead of asking for a password. You can also use Apple Sign-in or Google. This page covers signing in, changing your email, and what to do if you lose access.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in to Driving Routes?
Go to /login and enter your email. We send you a magic link — open it on the same device to finish signing in. You can also sign in with Apple or Google.
I'm not receiving the magic-link email. What do I do?
Check spam and promotions. Add support@drivingroutes.co to your contacts. If the email still doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, request a new link — old links expire after 15 minutes. If you've been sending lots of attempts, your provider may be rate-limiting; wait 10 minutes and try once.
Can I change my email address?
Yes — from /panel/account/profile. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address; your old address remains the sign-in until you confirm.
I lost access to my email account — how do I recover my Driving Routes account?
Email support@drivingroutes.co from any address and include your name, the rough date you signed up, and your test centre. We'll verify your identity and help you regain access.
Can I have multiple accounts?
One account per learner is the supported pattern — your route progress and saved centres are tied to it. If you and a sibling are both learning, separate accounts are best so each can subscribe to their own centre.

Still need help?
