How to request deletion of your Driving Routes account and the personal data associated with it.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Driving Routes account and the personal data associated with it. Driving Routes is operated by RELOAD TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO and is available on the web at drivingroutes.co, on iOS, and on Android.
How to request deletion
In the app
Open Driving Routes, go to the Profile tab, then Settings, and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and associated data are scheduled for permanent deletion.
By email
Alternatively, send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to support@drivingroutes.co with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted we permanently erase:
- Your account profile (email address and, if provided, your name);
- Your preferences and settings (chosen test centre, test date, saved centres, voice-guidance options);
- Your purchase and entitlement records held on our systems;
- Any route feedback, ratings, or pass reports you submitted.
What data is kept, and for how long
We erase your personal data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Some records are retained longer where we are legally required to keep them:
- Payment and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and financial-compliance obligations. Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple, and Google; subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled in your Apple or Google account.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained indefinitely.
