Terms of Service

Driving Routes provides practice driving test routes, voice-guided navigation, and related study tools based on routes used at real driving test centres in the United Kingdom and United States. The Service is offered as a subscription on iOS, Android, and the web, with optional one-time add-ons.

Practice only. All routes, directions, and related content are provided for practice and educational purposes exclusively. The routes published represent historical and commonly observed patterns; the actual route used by an examiner on any given test day may differ. We make no guarantee that practising any route will result in passing a driving test.

Drive safely. You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and highway codes at all times while using the Service. You must not use the Service in a manner that distracts you while driving. We accept no liability for accidents, fines, or any other consequences arising from your use of the Service while operating a vehicle.

To access the full Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@drivingroutes.co if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Access to routes requires an active subscription or a one-time region purchase. Subscription plans are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. We do not offer free trials; your subscription begins and is billed when you purchase.

1. App Store (iOS).Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and billed through your Apple ID. Cancellation and refunds must be managed through Apple.
2. Google Play (Android).Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's terms and billed through your Google account. Cancellation and refunds must be managed through Google.
3. Web (Stripe). Subscriptions and add-ons purchased on drivingroutes.co are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for web purchase refund terms.
4. Add-ons. Optional one-time add-ons (such as extra test centre access) are non-refundable once the content has been delivered, except as required by applicable law.

Prices are displayed in GBP or USD depending on your region and may change on renewal. We will notify you of any price increases at least 30 days in advance.

You agree not to:

1. Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any route data, maps, or content from the Service;
2. Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service;
3. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
4. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; or
5. Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

All content, branding, software, and route data within the Service are owned by or licensed to RELOAD TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Route data is sourced from publicly available information and user submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that routes are current or complete. Test centre routes are determined by the relevant examining authority (e.g. DVSA in the UK, DMV in the US) and may change at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RELOAD TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Mapbox (maps), Supabase (authentication), Stripe and RevenueCat (payments), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees except as specified in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
