Route verification

Every route is hand-verified by an approved driving instructor (ADI) or a recent test-taker before publication. They drive the route, record waypoints, and submit notes. Our editorial team reviews against known centre routes and publishes once we are confident. We re-verify whenever local roadworks or road changes invalidate a section.

Independence

We are not endorsed by the DVSA, the DMV, or any government driving authority. Routes are our own work, compiled with contributing instructors. We don't claim partnerships we don't have.

User data

We collect only what we need to run your account: email, authentication tokens, subscription state, and optional practice sessions you save. Live location is only read while a navigation session is active and is never stored after the session ends. We never sell or share personal data with advertisers.

Payments

Web payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). iOS payments go through the App Store; Android payments go through Google Play. We never see card numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Are the routes really the real test routes?
Yes. Every published route is hand-verified by an approved driving instructor (ADI) or a recent test-taker before it goes live. They are the actual roads learners drive on practical tests, not algorithmic guesses.
Is Driving Routes endorsed by the DVSA?
No. We are an independent product, not endorsed by the DVSA, the DMV, or any government driving authority. Routes are compiled, verified, and maintained by our editorial team and contributing instructors.
What user data do you collect?
Only what we need to run your account and provide route guidance: email and authentication tokens, subscription state, saved centres, optional practice sessions and pass reports. We don't track live location outside an active navigation session.
Do you sell user data?
No. We never sell or share personal data with advertisers. See /legal/privacy for the full policy.
How do I report an inaccurate route?
Tap 'Report an issue' on any route page, or email support@drivingroutes.co. We re-verify and update within 7 days.
Are payments secure?
