Refund Policy
When and how refunds are granted for purchases made on drivingroutes.co and through the App Store or Google Play.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made via drivingroutes.co and the Driving Routes mobile apps. It works together with our Terms of Service(Section 3 — Subscriptions & Purchases).
1. App Store (iOS) Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
We are unable to process refunds for App Store purchases on Apple's behalf.
2. Google Play (Android) Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google:
- Visit Google Play subscriptions or contact Google Play support.
We are unable to process refunds for Google Play purchases on Google's behalf.
3. Web Purchases (Stripe)
Subscriptions and add-ons purchased directly on drivingroutes.co via Stripe are eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
Full refund
You may request a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a confirmed technical error on our end; or
- We failed to deliver the purchased content after receiving payment (e.g. a subscription was activated but routes remained inaccessible and we were unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days).
Discretionary refund (new subscribers)
First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their first payment if the Service did not meet their reasonable expectations, provided the account has not been used extensively (fewer than 5 practice sessions). Refunds under this clause are granted at our sole discretion.
No refund
Refunds are not available for: renewal charges where a prior period has already been accessed; one-time add-ons once the content has been delivered; or requests made after the 7-day window above.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds for web purchases are initiated within 10 business days of approval. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 additional business days depending on your card issuer. Posting delays are outside our control.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@drivingroutes.co from the address associated with your account and include:
- Your Stripe receipt number or payment confirmation email;
- The date of purchase and amount charged;
- A brief description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Dispute resolution follows the terms set out in Section 10 of those Terms.
